We are excited to let you know that Amy Lou Interiors has been chosen to be featured in Redfin’s article, “How to Stage a House to Sell” They’ve selected notable experts in the field to share their tips and tricks for properly staging a home before putting it on the market.
This home was featured in Home & Design Magazine’s 2020 February edition. Check out the article on our Press page to find out all of the behind the scenes information on products and vendors used on this project. This is our most modern design yet and we had a fabulous time putting it all together. Let us know your thoughts!
This New Home by Medallion Homes in The Reserve turned out beautiful! The original design was very neutral and had a large open concept, which allowed us up to the color scheme and furniture we love to use. The exterior had our favorite blue as an accent color, and the realtor wanted our signature blues along with a pop of cheerful yellow! Take a look at this new build and how we were able to do so much on a very tight budget.
We finally got to use these amazing chairs! Siesta Key is a fabulous place to live and play, and this client wanted to show off how fun and inviting their home could be just steps from the beach. Take a look how fun this home was with an attached mother-in-law suite that we were also able to stage. We used hand blown glass bubbles on the walls along with lemon trees and pops of color everywhere! The guest bedroom even has a shark on the wall!
This contemporary home in Esplanade Country club SOLD IN 24 HOURS! All modern lighting and all white walls isn’t the space for everyone, so we used furnishings to make the space feel more transitional for any buyer, regardless of style. We add these amazing bar stools to make the kitchen the focal point. Which is your favorite room?
This home was so fun to stage! We love the charming homes in Country Club East and we were so excited to brighten this beautiful home up! Thank you to Laura Stavola at Premier Sotheby’s for the opportunity to help sell this home quickly and at a higher price!
We did it again! Designs By Amy Lou teamed up with Johnson Home Builders of West Florida to design this amazing model home. This home is a neutral gray with our famous POPS of turquoise and blue throughout. This home has an underlying rustic glam feel to the decor and lighting elements, while maintaining a transitional vibe throughout. We have added beaded chandeliers, brass & glass to the living area, and even a little sea grass on the walls for that bit of texture that’s always needed. If you love Rustic Glam, check this one out!
